High-Speed Shopify Theme Rebuild for Skincare Rebrand

SIO Beauty, the innovative skincare brand known for their medical-grade silicone patches, was undergoing a complete rebrand and needed their Shopify store rebuilt from scratch to launch before the critical holiday shopping season. The timeline was aggressive - weeks, not months - and the stakes were high.

The new brand identity needed to feel premium and clinical-yet-approachable, while the product pages had to educate customers on a unique product category (silicone patches for wrinkle treatment) that many shoppers had never encountered before.

We executed a full Shopify theme rebuild in record time, working in tight sprints with SIO's brand team to translate the new visual identity into a pixel-perfect digital experience. Custom product templates were built to educate and convert, with before/after galleries, ingredient deep-dives, and targeted use-case pages.

Performance was non-negotiable given the holiday traffic expectations, so the theme was built with performance-first architecture: lazy loading, optimized assets, and minimal JavaScript for blazing-fast page loads.
