What's out of scope?
Production deployment, multi-page builds, ongoing iteration, and backend development beyond the agreed scope. The Prototype is intentionally narrow so we can ship it in 4 days.
When does the 4-day clock start?
On scope confirmation, not the purchase date. Scope must be defined and agreed in writing within 24 hours of purchase. One revision round is included.
What happens after the 4 days?
If you want production implementation, we scope it as a custom engagement. Many clients also move into an ongoing retainer for iterative builds.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. All assets and code are handed off to you. You own everything, whether you continue with us or not.
