We executed a full platform migration to Shopify Plus in under 12 weeks - migrating hundreds of thousands of customer accounts, subscription data, and order history without a single minute of downtime.

The new architecture was built for scale on Shopify Plus: edge-cached storefronts, optimized image delivery, and native checkout infrastructure that holds up through the massive traffic spikes of flash-sale events.

Subscription & Paid Media

We built a custom subscription management system that handled WYZE Cam Plus and Cam Unlimited plans with seamless upgrade/downgrade flows, prorated billing, and device-level subscription assignment.

Simultaneously, our paid media team launched aggressive search and social campaigns targeting smart home enthusiasts, achieving strong ROAS across Google and Meta platforms within the first 90 days.
