Mobile traffic was over 80% but the mobile experience was clunky, product recommendations were generic, and the site struggled to help busy moms quickly find what they needed.
With customers in a time-sensitive life stage - pregnancy and postpartum - every extra click or confusing navigation meant a lost sale to a competitor who made it easier.

We rebuilt the entire Kindred Bravely experience with a mobile-first philosophy. Product discovery was reimagined around life stages (pregnancy trimester, nursing, postpartum recovery) with smart recommendation widgets that surfaced relevant products based on where each customer was in their journey.
Quick-shop capabilities, streamlined filtering, and one-tap reordering for consumable items like nursing pads made the experience as efficient as possible for time-strapped parents.
