Overview

A rapidly growing Swedish better-for-you snack brand, N!CK'S needed to enhance their digital commerce capabilities to support their expansion in the US market. Our partnership focused on creating sophisticated cart and subscription systems that could handle their unique product requirements while delivering a premium shopping experience.

Cart Restructure

We developed sophisticated cart logic to handle multiple product types and temperature requirements. The system needed to intelligently manage shipping rules while encouraging optimal order sizes: temperature-based shipping rules, free shipping thresholds at $50+, product bundling options, value pack discounts, subscription selection, ReBuy upsell integration, multi-item management, and real-time calculations.

Subscription Migration

The transition from Bold to ReCharge required preserving existing subscriptions while implementing enhanced functionality. The new system provides greater flexibility and control: flexible delivery schedules, mixed product subscriptions, temperature-controlled shipping, bundle subscriptions, account management, delivery modifications, a subscription dashboard, and save options of up to 22%.

Product Management

Created robust systems to handle N!CK'S diverse product categories while maintaining clear organization and easy discovery across protein bars, candy bars, nut bars, light ice cream, ice cream novelties, value packs, bundle options, and seasonal items.
